I came into Maillette Family Chiropractic because of lower back pain and neck pain which I had been suffering from for years, but I just never got around to taking care of me. After just a week and a lot of questions for Dr. Maillette I decided to bring in the rest of my family as well.
My husband Jamie was having problems with his knees and feet. My son Cameron (10) had been suffering from migraines. My daughter Taylor (14) had stomach pains that no one else could figure out, and she is a Type 1 diabetic. My son Jack (2) had fallen on his head from his crib and I wanted to make sure everything was ok with his neck and spine. My daughter Ella (4) was going in just to make sure all was well with her.
We’ve all noticed some changes since starting care at Maillette Family Chiropractic. I had no idea just how far my neck was suppose to be able to turn, and seeing over my shoulder is no problem now! My neck pain is gone and my lower back pain isn’t as bad as it was before. I haven’t taken any medication for heartburn in months after being on prescription medication for quite awhile. Jamie and I both have noticed an increase in energy, which is good when you have as many children to chase around as we do! Jamie also doesn’t have the knee pain he came in with and his foot pain has improved. My daughter Taylor hasn’t had stomachaches in months; something that was a daily thing with her and her posture is slowing improving. My son Cameron seems to be a bit less fidgety and anxious.
This journey has been so much more for us than just chiropractic care. We have all learned so much about how the body works, how important nutrition is and just how important daily exercise is.
Everyone at Maillette Family Chiropractic has been so amazing from the very first visit; so warm, friendly and welcoming. We are always greeted with a warm smile and a laugh from the girls when we walk in. Dr. Maillette has been so patient with all of my kids and always willing to answer any questions any of us have. I like how quickly we get in and out of the office, even with six of us going in at the same time. We will continue our care with Maillette Family Chiropractic and continue our journey to wellness.
